What Happens Next?

1. Referral is reviewed by Ascending Minds Psychiatry

2. The patient is contacted regarding scheduling availability.

3. An appointment is scheduled if clinically appropriate.

4. With appropriate patient authorization, collaborative communication will be provided to the referring provider as needed.
