Follow-Up Appointment

Ascending Minds Psychiatry is a private-pay practice. Superbills may be provided upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

AMP does not prescribe controlled substances, including stimulants, benzodiazepines, opioids, or other controlled medications.

For patients ages 12–17, a parent or legal guardian must participate in the initial evaluation and provide appropriate consent for treatment.

After You Schedule

1. Complete Your Forms
You will receive required intake forms, consent documents, and questionnaires to complete before your appointment.

2. Register for Secure Communication
Complete your free Spruce Health registration for secure practice communication.

3. Attend Your Evaluation
Join your scheduled 90-minute telehealth evaluation from a private location in Virginia.
